Welcome to TNM Social, the online community platform for supporters of the Texas Nationalist Movement (“TNM”). TNM Social is administered by Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc., on behalf of the Texas Nationalist Movement. By accessing or using TNM Social (the “Platform” or “Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Platform, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not register or use TNM Social.
Mission Alignment: TNM Social exists to advance TNM’s mission to secure and protect the political, cultural, and economic independence of Texas. By creating an account, you affirm that you support this mission and will abide by our community standards that keep the Platform “on mission.”
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, mission-focused community. By participating on TNM Social, you agree to the following Code of Conduct:
These examples are not exhaustive. Any behavior that administrators or moderators deem to be inappropriate, disruptive, or contrary to the purpose of TNM Social may result in corrective action. Remember, your access to this Platform is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case-by-case basis and take action at our sole discretion.
We take community standards seriously. TNM Social employs a multi-layered moderation system: community reporting, volunteer moderators, and administrators. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by moderators’ decisions and the enforcement actions described here:
Your privacy is important to us. By using TNM Social, you consent to our collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy (see full Privacy Policy). Key points include:
TNM Social is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and all content, services, or features provided through it are offered without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This means:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, any implied warranties are limited to the minimum scope and duration permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall TNM Social, Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc., the Texas Nationalist Movement, or any of their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or any content on it. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc., the Texas Nationalist Movement, and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, and partners (“Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses). This indemnity obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your account and these Terms.
Thank you for reading these Terms and for being a part of TNM Social. By upholding these guidelines, you help ensure that our community remains focused, respectful, and effective in furthering the cause of Texas independence.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at the address or email above.

Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc. (“we” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use TNM Social (the “Platform”), which is the official social networking site for the Texas Nationalist Movement (“TNM”). This Policy applies to all users of the Platform and any related services provided through social.tnm.me or related TNM Social sites. By using TNM Social, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
Note: This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the TNM Social Terms of Service. Any capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms above.
We may collect several types of information from and about you, including:
1.1 Information You Provide Directly: When you register for TNM Social or use certain features, you voluntarily provide personal information. This includes:
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically: Like most online services, TNM Social automatically collects some information about your device and how you use the Platform. This includes:
1.3 Information from Third Parties: Currently, most information we collect comes directly from you or your use of TNM Social. We do not actively obtain personal data about you from third-party sources, but in the future we might enable features like:
We will update this Policy and inform you if we begin obtaining personal data about you from additional third-party sources beyond what is described here.
We use the information we collect for a variety of purposes in operating and improving TNM Social and furthering the mission of TNM. These uses include:
We will not use your personal information for purposes that are materially different, unrelated, or incompatible with those described above without informing you and obtaining your consent if required.
TNM Social understands the importance of keeping your personal information secure. We are selective and purposeful in sharing information. Below are the situations in which we may share personal data and with whom:
3.1 Within the TNM Organization: As mentioned, TNM Social is one component of the Texas Nationalist Movement’s digital infrastructure. We share user information with the Texas Nationalist Movement organization and its affiliated entities (such as Texas Nationalist Movement PAC, regional/local TNM chapters, or other TNM-operated websites) for mission-related purposes. This means if you sign up on TNM Social, the broader TNM organization will likely treat you as a supporter: your name and contact details may be added to TNM’s master contact lists, and you may receive communications from TNM leadership or departments. Similarly, if you volunteer for a TNM event through TNM Social, relevant event organizers (who might be part of TNM’s volunteer network) will receive your sign-up info. All TNM affiliates who access your data are required to handle it in accordance with this Policy and applicable privacy laws.
3.2 Service Providers (Processors): We employ third-party companies and individuals to help us operate TNM Social or provide certain services on our behalf. These service providers may need access to personal information to perform tasks such as:
These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as needed to provide services to us, and not for their own purposes. They are also required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data. For example, if we share mailing list data with an email vendor, they cannot sell or disclose it; they can only use it to send the emails on our behalf. tnm.me
3.3 Advertising and Affiliates: If and when we integrate third-party advertising networks or affiliate programs on TNM Social, some information may be shared with these partners to facilitate relevant ads. Typically, this is not direct personal info like your name, but rather identifiers and context (e.g., a cookie ID or device ID, and info that a particular unidentified user is interested in “Texas news” category). We do not sell your personal information to advertiserstnm.me. Advertisers may receive aggregate information about ad performance (e.g., how many users clicked an ad) and in some cases, if you engage with an ad or offer, you might choose to provide your information to that third-party (e.g., filling a form for more info from an advertiser). If so, that is under the third-party’s privacy policy, not ours. We may also share your information with co-sponsors if we run a special promotion or contest in partnership with another organization, but in such cases we will let you know at the point of collection (you’ll typically have to opt-in to those promotions).
3.4 Other Users and Public Viewing: By the nature of a social network, some of your information is shared with other users. When you post content or provide info in your profile, the visibility depends on settings and context:
3.5 Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights: We may disclose personal information if we in good faith believe such action is necessary to:
We will make an effort to notify users about legal demands for their data when appropriate, unless prohibited by law or court order or when the request is an emergency. However, in emergencies or clear cases of misuse, we might act without prior notice.
3.6 Business Transfers: In the event that Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc. or TNM Social undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, reorganization, or sale of all or part of its assets, your personal information may be among the assets transferred. We would ensure that any successor entity honors the commitments in this Privacy Policy or provides you notice and choice if the policy changes. For example, if TNM Social’s operations were transferred to the Texas Nationalist Movement directly or to another service provider, your data would likely transfer so that the community can continue operating. You would be notified via the Platform or email of any change in ownership or control of your personal information.
3.7 With Your Consent: Apart from the scenarios above, if we ever need to share your personal information in a way that is not addressed by this Privacy Policy, we will explain the situation and obtain your consent before doing so. For instance, if we partner with an organization on a research project and want to share participant data, we would ask you first. You are also always free to instruct us to share your information in specific ways – for example, if you ask us to connect you with a local TNM chapter leader, we might share your contact info with that leader at your request.
In all cases of data sharing, we aim to share the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill the purpose, and whenever feasible, we will anonymize or aggregate data to further protect your privacy.
4.1 Use of Cookies: TNM Social uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. When you visit the Platform, we (and certain third parties) may place small data files called “cookies” on your browser or device. These cookies serve several purposes:
4.2 How We Use Cookies: Overall, we use cookies to personalize your experience and understand usage. For example, cookies allow us to auto-fill your login ID, maintain your login state, and remember your preferences so we can tailor content (like showing you your local group’s posts first). Cookies also tell us which features are popular by tracking user interactions. In some cases, we may tie the information from cookies to personal information we have about you (for instance, linking your site activity to your account if you are logged in, to send you a relevant notification or email).
4.3 Third-Party Tracking: Besides cookies we set, some third-party services we use may set their own cookies or pixels on TNM Social pages. Examples include:
We do not control these third-party cookies, and their use is governed by the privacy policies of the third parties (like Google’s privacy policy for Google Analytics). However, we limit the third-party trackers on our site to reputable providers necessary for our operations.
4.4 Your Choices with Cookies: You have several options to control or limit how cookies and similar technologies are used:
4.5 Other Tracking Technologies: In addition to cookies, we might use web beacons (also known as clear GIFs or pixel tags) in our emails or on the site. For instance, if we send an email newsletter, it might contain a tiny pixel that lets us know if you opened the email, which helps us gauge engagement. These web beacons typically work in conjunction with cookies. You can usually disable them by turning off HTML display in your email (viewing in plain text) or by not downloading external images, but then some email features may not show. We may also use local storage (an HTML5 feature) or other in-app storage if relevant, but that would mainly be for preserving state within the app (similar to cookies).
By using TNM Social, you consent to our use of cookies and tracking technologies as described here. We will update our practices and this Policy if we introduce significant new tracking tools.
We take reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We are committed to safeguarding data, but it’s important to understand that no website or internet transmission is completely secure.
5.1 Technical Safeguards: TNM Social employs a variety of technical security measures such as:
5.2 Organizational and Training Measures: Our team members and moderators are educated about the importance of privacy and security. We have protocols in place to handle user data carefully. For example, if volunteers moderate content, they have guidelines about not downloading or sharing user data outside the Platform tools. Team members are trained to recognize social engineering attempts (like phishing) and to follow security best practices.
5.3 Payment Information: (Note: If applicable.) If any payment transactions occur through TNM Social (such as purchasing a premium feature or making a donation), those are processed via secure payment gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers or financial account information on our servers. Such data is handled by compliant payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) with strong security standards (PCI DSS compliance). We only receive minimal info such as confirmation of payment and maybe the last four digits of a card for reference.
5.4 No Guarantee: Despite all precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Cyber threats evolve rapidly, and there is always some risk that a breach could occur. In the unfortunate event of a data breach or security incident, we have a response plan: we will promptly investigate and take necessary remediation steps. If your data is involved in a breach that poses a significant risk, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
5.5 Phishing and Fraud Awareness: Keep in mind that TNM Social will never ask you for sensitive personal information via email (like your password, full credit card number, or social security number). Beware of phishing attempts by others impersonating TNM Social or TNM. Always ensure that emails from us come from an official @tnm.me or @texasnationalist.net email domain, and that you are entering information on our official site (social.tnm.me) when prompted. If you suspect an email or message claiming to be from us is fraudulent, please contact us to verify.
5.6 User Practices: You also play a role in keeping your data secure. Use a strong, unique password for TNM Social and do not share it. Consider enabling two-factor authentication if we offer it. Be cautious about what personal information you share publicly on the Platform. If you leave your computer or device unattended, log out of the Platform. Regularly update your devices and use antivirus software to reduce risk of compromise.
By using TNM Social, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks of data transmission and storage and agree that we are not liable for security incidents outside of our reasonable control. If you have any questions about security on our Platform, you can reach out to us (see Contact Information below).
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. This means:
In summary, we aim not to keep personal data longer than necessary. When data is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it. If you have specific questions about our data retention for certain types of data, feel free to contact us.
You have certain rights and choices regarding your personal information. We are committed to providing you with reasonable access and control over your data. Below we outline your options:
7.1 Access and Correction: You can access and update some of your personal information directly via your TNM Social account. For example, you can log in and edit your profile details (name, bio, profile picture, etc.), or change your contact email if it’s out of date. If any personal information we have is inaccurate or you wish to retrieve a copy of data not readily available in your account, you can contact us (see Contact Info below) and we will assist you, subject to identity verification. We will provide you with the information we have about you, within a reasonable time frame, as required by applicable law.
7.2 Deletion of Data (Right to Erasure): You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. You can achieve this by:
7.3 Opt-Out of Communications:
7.4 Do Not Sell My Info: California law (CCPA) provides the right to opt-out of the “sale” of personal information. We do not sell your data for monetary consideration. If our sharing practices are ever deemed a “sale” (for example, sharing with an advertiser might technically be argued as such under a broad definition), you have the right to direct us not to share your data in that way. We currently only share data with service providers or TNM affiliates for the purposes outlined, not for third parties’ independent commercial use. If you still wish to ensure your data is not shared even in those contexts, please contact us and specify that request, and we will evaluate and comply to the extent required by law.
7.5 California Shine the Light: California’s “Shine the Light” law allows users who are California residents to request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal info with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing (without your consent). California users may contact us for any questions about this.
7.6 European/UK Users – GDPR Rights: While TNM Social is primarily a US (Texas)-focused community, if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, you may have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws. These include:
7.7 Handling of Requests: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note:
Your data is yours, and we want you to feel in control of it. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help managing your personal information on TNM Social.
TNM Social is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 years old. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for TNM Social or send any personal information about yourself to us.
We strongly recommend parents talk with their children about online safety and privacy. For more tips about protecting children’s privacy online, you can visit the FTC’s website on Children’s Privacy.
TNM Social is operated from the United States (with our servers likely located in the U.S.), and our primary audience is within the United States (particularly Texas). If you are accessing TNM Social from outside the U.S., please be aware:
If you have questions about how we can legally transfer data or want more info on the safeguards we use, please contact us.
We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make changes, we will:
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you access or use TNM Social to stay informed about our information practices. If you disagree with any changes to the Privacy Policy, you should stop using the Platform and, if you wish, delete your account as per Section 7. Otherwise, your continued use of TNM Social after a Privacy Policy update means you accept the updated terms.
